At Team-Melanie, you burn 30% more calories than at the gym. How is that possible? By training outdoors, your body needs to expend more energy to defy increases, gradients and air resistance.
The focus lies on movement and through functional exercises your entire body will be trained. Your overall fitness is improved and the whole body tightened.
Meet people from the area, push each other to your personal limits. Train under the principle of Functional Training, use your entire body to train your strength and build muscle. You use modern equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands and cross-training and ropes to train your body holistically.
It can be very difficult to motivate yourself to do sport alone. In the team you always have team members and the coach at your side. Motivate, push and laugh together.
With different team games you get to know the people from the area better and with a group size of 12 people maximum each unit is also very personal.
