About the class

Circuit training is a great boredom buster. It offers more cardio benefits and it will help you burn 30 percent more calories. Sculpt every muscle and blast fat with this step-by-step workout.

Basically circuit training is done by performing one exercise after another (in a circuit, obviously). We use some new and some oldschool methods during our Circuit training. A couple of examples:

NOTE: Please go to the Front Desk of B Gym to check-in. You will receive a token. Parking is no problem, there is a car park on the roof and the first two hours are free. Please note that B Gym has a mixed changing room.
