Fresh boxing is een conditionele work-out waarbij op een laagdrempelige manier verschillende elementen uit de vechtsport worden behandeld. In deze les wordt er gewerkt in tweetallen en maakt men gebruik van trap- en stootkussens. Conditie, spierkracht en coördinatie staan in deze les centraal. Fun gegarandeerd!

Boxing is a conditional workout in which various elements from the martial arts are treated in an accessible way. In this lesson you work in pairs and you use boxing gloves, shin guards and pads. Condition, muscle strength and coordination are central in this lesson. Fun guaranteed!


Make sure you arrive 10 minutes before the lesson starts. If you arrive later you might be denied entry. There are showers and lockers available and a code is provided for the lockers. Clean sports clothes, clean shoes and a towel is mandatory.
