Understanding how to move in a Yoga Class, where to place which body part and why it should be done like that in the first place, can be daunting in the beginning. In this 90 minute Iyengar Yoga class we will lay a solid foundation for your Yoga practice together. We help you to find stability and alignment a variety of poses. Different kind of props will assist us to adjust poses to the specific level of development of your body. More advanced yogis will also notice, that going back to the foundation can enrich their practice a lot.
You're welcome to arrive around 15 minutes before the lesson begins. There are a maximum of 15 places available in the class. After the class there is free tea available. Wear comfortable clothing to the class. There are mats at the location, but you are free to bring your own. There are no lockers or showers, only a changing room.
