The Rocket 2 routine is a sequenced modification of the standing postures in classic
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and focuses on back bending. Beginning with Utkatasana (Chair Pose) guides students through
a unique twist on leg strengthening, hip opening and balancing by doing all poses on the
right side first, and then repeating on the left side.
The standing poses are linked in such as a way that the body increases heat as you move
deeper into each pose, speeding up the process of strengthening the body while
enhancing once’s endurance and stamina.
The seated series is a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Primary, Intermediate and Advance series based on Back Bending, Twist, Hip Opening
and Arm Balancing connected through a unique transition that build body’s strength
after it has released all the toxins, in a combination of nerves cleansing and awakening
Please arrive 10 minutes before class. You are advised to take your own towel and yoga mat. You can also rent yoga mats for €1 and towels for €2 per visit.
