At VROG, you can enjoy a variety of training, from trampoline fitness and trampo-bootcamps (on the trampo field) to Freemove and freerunning training (in the multi-level free running hall). Trampoline training is one of the most powerful ways to burn energy, it is low impact and it is fun!. In the trampoline hall VROG, in Amsterdam East, they combine cardio training with strength building, coordination and flexibility, with influences from pilates, tricks, dance and cardio. FreeMove training use all the space and equipment of our freerunning hall to help you develop ‘useful strength’ and move naturally.


Trampoline activities: Those are done with bare feet, but if you have anti-slip socks you can wear those as well.

FreeMove and Freerunning: Indoor sport shoes with clean soles are mandatory.

Obstacle training: Indoor sport shoes with clean soles are mandatory.
