Yoga is the ideal workout for runners! It improves your posture, breathing and more importantly, your muscles grow longer and stronger. This helps your body relax and reduces the chance of injury while training, which is great for hardcore runners! Founder Mathilde Saadhoff, is a passionate runner who understands the benefits of yoga on the body and wishes to share this with others. So whether you are a yogi who wants to run, or a runner who wants to do yoga, this is definitely a workout that you will enjoy!


De speciaal op hardlopers gerichte yogaoefeningen creëren kracht en souplesse in je spieren en gewrichten. Hierdoor houd je jouw lichaam gezond, lenig en krachtig. Dit alles helpt je met plezier en blessurevrij te hardlopen/sporten. Op een aantal dagen is het ook mogelijk om gratis mee te doen met een half uurtje hardlopen voorafgaande aan de Yogales. Hardlopen is alleen mogelijk in combinatie met de Yogales. Zie het rooster voor de lestijden.
