You are required to take a hand towel with you to place on your mat, make sure it is anti-slip because you will get hot and sweat! If you forget it, it's no problem you can borrow one for €2,00. Make sure you are there 5 minutes before the lesson begins otherwise you risk losing your place to someone on the waiting list if it's busy.
