Kick start your practice in this high energy class with a focus on alignment and appropriate movement patterns that will leave you feeling strong, confident and calm. Some experience recommended (but everyone is welcome.) Heated room 35-38 degrees
Note: BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL. You are welcome 5 minutes prior to class. You should wear suitable clothing for yoga. Yoga mats are provided for the lessons. There are free showers you can use but no lockers. Free fresh cucumber water and tea is provided.
