The 50’ high intensity barre class is unlike any other routine in the city. It’s a beat-driven strengthening, lengthening and toning workout that results in better alignment, more strength and that so desired killer booty. No wonder it’s so popular with many models. Specifics

Grip socks are mandatory - for your safety and also for hygiene purposes. Grip socks can be purchased at the location. Be aware at which location you've booked a class. Make sure you arrive 10 minutes before the lesson begins. There is a 3 minute grace period time to enter the class if you are running late. Unfortunately, after the 3 minutes - you're not able to participate anymore.
