WOD stands for Workout of the Day.With our programming we provide a well-balanced mix of metabolic conditioning, skill development and strength conditioning using movements out of Gymnastics and Weighlifting combined with Cardio.
Always arrive 15 minutes before the start of the lesson so you can meet the instructors and other group members. After a dynamic warm up you will receive instructions on how to train safely. As soon as the coach counts down 3,2,1 GO it’s time to start the challenge! In a group challenge there is a high level of intensity (this can be adjusted to an individual’s capability). This workout will exhaust you but give you the results you want!
