Jumping trampoline classes is a unique, dynamique workout, using typical aerobic exercise on mini trampoline with the handle bar.
Bring your indoor sneakers, water and a towel.
Note: For this location you must always book in advance and we advise you to arrive 5 minutes before the lesson begins. There are no showers or lockers available. Shoes are not allowed unless you're heading for the trampolines!
