Yin is a gentle Yoga style where you stay in basic poses for several minutes to focus deeply on the physical body while easing the mind in the moment.
With Yin you bring physical and emotional tension to the surface and clear it on a deep tissue level.
The miracle happens right in between pain and relaxation.
Yin is accessible for beginners but can be used as a complement for your Yang excercise as well.
Note: Because Sukha is situated in an old crooked house, the room gets cold in the Winter.
We know that and try our best to make it as pleasant as possible, but our advice is to wear warm clothes and sox during your Yin, Yoga Nidra or Restorative session and you can even bring your own favourite blanket.
