Running can be described as the ultimate grounding meditation. Ultimately, any physical movement performed with the purpose of meditation is yoga.
So, we decided to combine running and yoga into this special offering. We'll open every class with a meditation to tune into our breath. Then, we will run anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes. The focus of this session will be technique, not speed, thus this class is suitable for all levels of running experience. Then, with the time that we have left, we will finish off with some nice, slow, delicious yoga. :)
