The more you are into pole and aerial sports, the more you will realize that it is important to have certain flexibility in order to level up. Therefore in this class we will go through various stretching excises to enhance your flexibility, increase your range of motion and help you to achieve your personal flexibility goals such as front splits. For more advanced students who are used to the flexibility training, we will bring you further and focus on more challenging goals such as oversplits and advanced back bending.
