Restorative Yoga is a great class to renew and balance energy after a day of work. It focuses on opening and relaxing your body, providing an opportunity to heal and renew in poses held for 5-15 minutes. Props will be used for support so that the body can surrender completely. The parasympathetic nervous system is supported for a lower heart rate and healthy immune system. These classes are also ideal for people in recovery from illness - or just to balance a busy life. If you love dynamic yoga, we recommend that you balance your practice with at least one slow or restorative or yin class a week.
