Yoga Moves Slow Flow is the natural result of a long exploration of how to practice with softness, stability and awareness. Developed by Yoga Moves founder Hilary Brown, it balances the yang quality of a slow vinyasa with the yin qualities of longer holds, restorative poses, deep relaxation and meditation. Slow Flow follows a traditional flow of asanas that we hold longer. We have more stillness in-between and work with more sitting and ground based postures. Beginners welcome, but everyone who wants a quieter, practice can enjoy this class. Be prepared however to work a little! (Slow does not mean easy :-) Slowing things down creates a lot of awareness.
